HOLY SHIT!!!!

He is awesome! Looks way different than the RID X-Brawn looking design pics, I really hope he has real hands, and that he keeps the chrome on his pile drivers.

 

He looks loads better then I expected him too, head, rear mounted guns and cassete detailing on the chest all make it very clear who it is.  

When I saw the concept art it looked like the axels/wheels of the front quarters themselves formed the piledrivers. Looks like it changed a fir bit from that point.

Another great Alt to look forward too and pray Takara isn't feeling too foolish.

I'm more than willing to bet that he'll have hands since he has the guns on his back. (unless they're for show) Now we just have to wait to see how long it'll take for the Frenzy version to come out.

Now if we can just get the Battlechargers I think the Decepts will have a good showing in this line. (and the rest of the Stunticons too I guess.)

I agree, Dark Convoy but... do you count Decepticharge as Dragstrip? Or would you like to see the Ford GT made into him and have a third yellow Alt Decpticon?

(for the record, I'd like to see the GT in Black w/white stripes as Wildrider or Red w/Black stripes.)

Also, anyone else notice the attention-to-detail, it would appear, they took a drawing of the original G1 casseticon, and re-did the arms and legs, and beefed up the chest + Head, i mean, the chest even has the cassete hole thingy's, I think that this could be a step forward in Alt's, G1 characters 'reborn' that still look like their G1 form's, to a point.

 

Looks damn good.

Edit: I don't like how Tracks-like he is though, especially considering how original and unique the design sketches were.

hmm...doesnt look like he has regular hands. looks awesome, still. the cassette motif just looks goofy now XD also the face sculpt looks like he's smiling.

Wow! This could be the first Decepticon Alternator I actually pick-up. An original mold thats as faithful to the original G1 character as you could get while still being a car. I'm impressed!
