Totally diggin this, will probably have better paint then most mp-12's shipped with too.

    Just a couple things
    - lower legs look a little busy with the detailing. Would prefer more streamlined/simple there.
    - back looks a bit odd with just kinda the flap that covers the huge gap there. wonder if there's another way around that.

Revisit that head to make it look better and I'd very likely be down for it. As is, I'd have to pass with that head sculpt.

oh God yes. And a police Sunstreaker version.

quality, size, or price; pick two. No way a third party is going to get an MP-level toy out there for $50 without copying someone else's mold. Less than $100 would be nice, but this isnt going to compete with the MP KOs on price.

Ummm... I pay $50 for official mp's. Paid $43 for prowl, and preordered $46 for wheeljack, and $53 for Bee... The kos not a dime over $36.

I can see $90 at the MOST for mp sunstreaker. Anything more than that, sunstreaker better be 14" tall, have landing gear, a potato mode, AND tap dance the g1 theme song...

Ummmmm, yeah, and this isn't official. The closest 3rd party comparison is the igear PP05 vans, and take note of what they cost. Find any 3rd party product that comes even close to MP size and complexity for $50. That's what you pay for scout-sized FP figures.

Don't think it is for me, but looks nice, has potential to be really good.

Looks nice. But I am confident that TT will be doing Sunny eventually.
Still if this comes in by this year, I dont mind a stand in.

i hope they have a low price, make a nice profit and come back to do Trailbreaker and Hoist back to back (with a red streaker and police car repaints thrown in.

I was just thinking today that some 3P should take on some of these as yet unreleased figures. You all beat me to the punch, but I had the same thoughts regarding Streak. From what I remember Lambo was pretty critical regarding the design of Swipe, so I don't know that they would go for streak as we know him.

Additionally, it's nice to see companies taking on some of these 'obvious' choices. Gives me faith that should HasTakTomy decide to cancel the MP line, we can still continue to build the crew of the Ark.

Now let's see these 3P companies take on Trailbreaker/Hoist, Hound, Mirage, and the rest in MP style.

It looks great. I have three small recommendations.

    1. The face sculpt looks a little too round.

    2. the shins have wayyy too much detail that it detracts from the smoothness and overall aesthetic of the figure.

    3. I am not sure that I dig the blaster on the left arm (I know that it is accurate to the G1 toy) but I think I would just prefer a proper left hand.

I really do like the figure and would probably purchase the figure anyway but there would be no hesitation if these changes were made!

This looks great, and Omnigonix has to be the most fun-to-say 3P company name out there.

    My feedback would be:
I like the shin detailing and all the level of detail overall.
Include two hands with swappable blaster(s).
    The head needs improvement
The chest/shoulders seem a little wide, but nothing terrible and I bet color would downplay that a lot.
The shoulder rockets could be a tad larger, but I would prefer them built in instead of parts. I think....

Finally, not necessary at all but it would be a nifty nod to the original TechSpec swap if that back end of the car has enough space and could contain some deployable nozzles/jets to represent the jetpack.

Gotta nail the animation models to fit in with the current Masterpiece line. This is REAL close. Hit it, and I'm in.
