Was http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/radicons-customs/321735-god-convoy.html. Decided I hate partsforming. Made this nightmare. Maybe should have slept on it. The goal is to eliminate all the partsforming, there's no longer an inner robot. Definitely have to clean it all up. Has a good WFC vibe.
hahahhah ROBOT mode is WIN... but that WFC scrappile isn't But damn... love the ROBOT better that original... that being said it's my fav (says alot!)
Yeah, the "vehicle" mode is admittedly bad, but the point is: it works. After I slap some red panels on the side of the legs and maybe chest, it will blend together really well. Needs a huge energon sword and maybe oversized hands....
bot mode could easily pass for that huge tank you have to fight in the decepticon campeign to get to sentinal prime inf the WFC game.
The bot mode is such a huge win. The 2nd Alt mode pic isn't bad either. Great job eliminating the parts forming. I don't know why, but Im getting a huge Ironhide vibe from him, especially the Alt mode. Looking forward to another one of your inspired bashes.
Love the bot mode! I'm thinking the alt mode could be pretty tough looking with some big treads and cannons placed on it...
He's got two cannons on his back, I just haven't articulated them. I think I'm going to go with your suggestions and put treads on his legs for vehicle mode. That should look good. I've also designed his weapon, it's going to be a huge gun blade he has to hold with both hands.
I'm just going to have to attach a hose to his body to help support his huge weapon. It'll work out. I've decided I'm going to reshell large parts of his body with Leader Bulkhead because I dig his vehicle mode. I kinda wanted something white, but I think the green will fit in okay and make him a little more grand patriot. Torpedoes will be nice, too. Open to suggestions, though.
