http://shopping.yahoo.com/articles/.../sony-xel-1-our-first-impressions-of-oled-tv/ I am getting heartbroken. since around 1998, I had heard that tv tech was getting so advanced that we were gonna have tv's on our wrists. (really, there is technology that puts images on a screen as thin as a roll of film.) but 10 years later, and we get this...this? "wafer-thin"? look again. the screen is thin, but i doubt it is lightweight. and almost 3 grand for a tv that isn't even HD? (better than dvd, but not 1080p) i dunno, i just see a crank yanker in this one.
