The seats, the steering wheel, the interior. Were the heck does it go? As far I I know I never seen any hint on it on anyone, just the parts.

They are stored in plot holes, along with Wheelie, Skids, Mudflap, and Barricade.

They probably fold up and, like what the others have said, store away inside the robot.

The interior probably goes in the interior of the robot. Their leather seats make nice, squishy innards.

I always ponder about the seats and such. I just assume the seats can fold more than most seats, so I guess they're somewhere in the backpack areas.

This should be a question posed in the next movie. Sam could watch Bumblebee change from car to robot and ask where the seats go. And since it's a Bay movie Bumblebee would probably grab his own arsecheeks or cup some pretend breasts.
Or maybe Bumblebee holds up his forearm and it flips inside-out into a seat.

Mass-shifting. You see, it's wrong to use mass-shifting to allow a TF to change size, but it's fine to use it to make pieces appear and disappear. Makes sense? No? Good.

Just look at the Human Alliance Toys, then you know where the Interior fits.

i'm pretty sure in one of the first three episodes it doesn't vanish, he actually leaves it hidden behind a rock or something.

is it really that important? they are giant fucking robots that change into things. it hasn't mattered for the 25 years that transformers have been around and it will not matter for the next go around. thats like asking how does soundwave store five tapes in his chest and still have room for his spark. some people really need to let this go and stop dissecting the movie so damn much.

Interesting question. I always thought it'd be cool to get a toy or something where they actually attempt to explain where he engine, seats, etc, etc go. Human Alliance and the Alternator lines did a fairly decent job, but even those lines have some loose ends.

At one point it was suggested that they go into some sort of "subspace" or "unspace". Like being shunted into another dimension until it's called for again. Theoretically this could also apply to the robot kibble in vehicle mode.

I don't think so. The only time it stayed aound was when he used it to fight and that was few and far inbetween. I don't ever remember any actual animation in the show of him stashing it behind a rock or something like that.
