After seeing today's episode "Survival of the Fittest," it makes me wonder if Oilslick will be a test subject of Meltdown's, which explains his ability to transform and his rather orgganic head.
I haven't actually been able to SEE a good pic of Oilslick, so why is everyone saying his head's organic?
To be honest I personally don't think his head is organic, though it could end up being like that. I think he's another bounty hunter like Lockdown, and I don't see Meltdown ever becoming succesfull with his human transformer idea (though it would be interesting).
People think he's organic because he got a big nose. Also because he got a jar around his head, just random baseless expeculation IMO;
I think he's some organic villain that uses the Transforming body as a life-support system. That's one of the only reasons I can come up with to explain his organic looking head in a jar.
http://www.tfw2005.com/resources/animated-decepticons-191/oil-slick-1705/ Official pics of Oil Slick are under the "Images" tab. I wouldn't rule anything out at this stage. All I know about the guy is he's a motorbike TF with a cool, different design for his head.
I don't see anything organic about the figure. It does have a strange head design, but that's it IMO. Regular robot character otherwise.
It's possible Oil Slick and Meltdown are one and the same, which would explains the latter's desire to see humans transform. Whatever happens, I just hope Oil Slick's spotlight doesn't turn into a sappy enviromental message. I'm still trying to rid myself of Captain Planet's slime.
If it's a human in a robot body I wouldn't expect to see many of his/her organic parts anyway. I'm thinking along the lines of Daniel's exo-suit. or Iron Man And I don't think Oil Slick is Meltdown, but has a good chance of being affiliated with him.
Well, if Oil Slick IS meltdown, it at least makes sense, because he's liquid and all, and could fit into a suit that thin.
I'll withhold judgement on whether or not he's a head in a jar for when we see a picture of his animation model, or at least a synopsis of an episode with him in it.
Look at Oil Slick's chest design. I would MSPaint something up quick, but you can pretty much clearly see Lockdown's head.
ya, he probably means nature calls. and i dont know if he had an organic head-but i heard someone say that, so i had that in mind when i started the thread.
The other thing that screams organic is wood and Bone parts on the vehicle/robot. I can't think of a reasonable way to have that on a robot from space who is not an earth born bot. Now that we have seen TWO meltdown episodes, I am thinking it isn't him, but probably related to him in some way.
My thoughts on IF it is meltdown. He develops a way to make the organic body and finds a cure for his acid body and reverts to a somewhat deformed human form. He then has his machines decapitate him and put his mind into the new Oil Slick body..
