I believe Hasbro is focusing on manufacturing movie toys now. Their factories only have so much capacity and it's all tooled up for movie figures. Scalpers are also a factor of course. No argument here on that. My time is worth money so I just ordered 4 Gnaws off amazon during that promo they had and wound up paying $14.70 a piece. Use Brickseek.com and the # at target for deluxes is 087-06-1890. Legends is 087-06-1379. Voyager 087-06-1378. That's how a lot of hunters/scalpers are getting an advantage.
As of yesterday at 9 PM, the Walmart on Rebank had- 1 Voyager Optimus 1 Leader Soundwave 3 Legends Bumblebees 1 Legends Kickback 1 Deluxe Hot Rod 1 Deluxe Twinferno They had 2 Kickbacks, 2 Hot Rods, and a Triggerhappy before I scooped them up. And restocks of old waves. The Chromedomes have the IDW face. Anyone in Cincy see Chromedome with the Takara/G1 face?
Wilmington Wal-Mart has two Soundwaves and a bunch of new (to them) RID figures as of last night. That's about it for my usual stomping grounds of Hillsboro/Lebanon/Springboro
Stopped at Target off Mill Run this morning and picked up Sixshot for 40.99 ever though the tag on the shelf said 49.99. They were out of everything else, but were restocking. If anyone missed any figures out of TR wave 1 & 2 Leader, Voyager, Deluxe, or TM between the walgreens, walmart, and Meijer in Marysville they are available for pick-up.
Sawmill TrU has wave 3 legends and deluxes (hot rod and gnaw waves). One of everything left as of 1230.
Meijer on Alexis in Toledo has TR Bumblebee, Kickback, Gnaw. Wish I would have grabbed another Gnaw or 2, "shark" mode is hilarious, love it!
VOA Target and Mason Walmart now getting wave 3 TM deluxes regularly this past week. Still looking for Leader Sixshot. Seeing plenty of Leader Soundwave, Blasted and PM prime. If anyone does comes across Sixshot and would like to "hide it" at particular Cincy Target or Walmart, let me know and I can do the same for what you are searching for. Just PM me! I typically will move them to the Lego aisle top shelf behind something expensive.
Streetsboro Target is still pretty devoid of figures, but low and behold, they have one Six Shot, along with Soundwave. They also have the RID warrior Starscream, Strongarm, and Grimlock repacks if anyone's interested.
Walmarts in Sidney, Piqua, and Troy have no new stock. Most recent thing they have on their shelves are Highbrow and Chromedome.
Saw the wave 1 and 2 TR deluxe revision case at a Kroger today in Englewood. First time I've seen them sell any deluxes other than RID!
Wait, have people not been seeing Wave 4 stuff at Walgreens in Ohio? I swear I saw something in the thread about it but now I can't find anything. I've been looking around for those figures but if people are still looking for wave 3 stuff the different West Chester Walgreens have deluxes. Don't remember which had which but they're out there. The Norland Blvd Target near Tri-county Mall had a Twinferno and Triggerhappy this morning.
Wave 4 Deluxes were popping up here and there at Walgreens, but only usually one or two at a time. I found Quake and Kup, but about a week apart and at two different stores. But it's been a while since any have been reported...
Oh great if there aren't any new reporting of Wave 4 deluxes at Walgreens that just means its going to be even more funny when I go up to Columbus on Sunday.
