You can see it in my sig too, I'm starting to think that it was always there and I am just now noticing it, it went back through all the pictures of him I took and it's there even on the earliest one.
It doesnt bother me as much anymore. I mean what's the big deal? If you're going to enjoy it you're going to leave your mark on it. My Leader Prime has stress marks on the fender and cab, my 77 Bumblebee has stressmarks all over it from my trying to change it back to Alt mode, my Telecaster has a bunch of dings from my knocking it into things. The memories I've had with each of those possessions is worth more to me than some superficial dents and knicks. Nothing's made to last forever. Enjoy the crap out of your toys is what I say.
Really, it's to be expected in a few figs. Not everything is exact when producing 1000+ pieces over and over.
Oh man...I guess I have to leave him in bot mode when I get him or transform him as little as possible.
I had to look through a lot of Starscreams at Walmart before I found one that didn't have on there on or on the hinge of the missile cover on the chest. After Transforming mine a few times one hasn't developed either. Whew.
It does in the pictures, but when looking at the actual toy it's a stress mark, I'm guessing it happened at the factory when they drove the pin in. It doesn't bother me that bad, I'm just worried about it breaking - this is the only time I have ever had a stress mark appear on any of the Transformers in my collection.
I use to be a fan of these MPs. I just could not be bothered with the anymore because I think that they are too bulky.
