So what are you eating/what did you recently eat? For breakfast I had my new regular thing. A home made breakfast sandwich: Fry up 1-2 eggs (add a little pepper and salt for seasoning) Toast an english muffin (multi grain for me) fry up a little thin sliced ham add lettuce Makes a nice big sandwhich that fills you up. Wash it down with a glass of milk.. Been dieting recently using a book called "Eat This, Not That" full of simple ways to lose weight by changing to a healthier version of foods you eat. For example have a Multigrain Thomas English Muffin instead of the regular. You save about 30 calories and add more fiber and nutrition. One section had 7 sandwhiches to change your life. The one I mentioned above is the breakfast one and it is to help lose weight. The protien adds to increase motabolism and such throughout the day. Can lead to 65% more weightloss than without. The book is nice. Has lists for just about everything. 3 different ones. One for Resturaunts (lots of different ones from Family places to fast food) with a small section of grocery stuff, One massive one for grocery with lots more variety, and one for kids (school lunches, kiddy foods, etc). Easy to follow. The sandwhich kicks major ass. I'm a fairly big guy and it fills me up plenty. For lunch today I'm goign to eat a Cliff Chocolate Chip protien bar as a meal replacement. Nummy!
