    Yes those are targeted, and I wouldn't feel too bad about having just used your eBay bucks beforehand. I strongly suspect they wouldn't send you a % promotion while you still have ebay bucks to spend. As soon as you used it you probably became eligible for the promotion again. (I have no proof to back this up, just my supposition).

    I got it too and also used my eBay bucks already. I would be curious to know if anyone gets it AND still has their eBay bucks to redeem.

    Hey. Grimlock Power of the Primes. Amazon In Stock at: $24.99. Glad I didn't jump on the TRU for 29 bucks the other day before they went out of stock. Not a huge fan but ya....the combiner mode. Love the other Dinos ones so far, I just picked up at local store.

    Just a reminder, if you see a Target pricing member it never hurts to ask if things are being marked down. Just got a Shuffler for $1.48.

    Went to Target saw 1 Cosmos marked down. Shelves bare at Wal Mart. KMart same thing. Walgreens had a lot of Clones but full price. Nothing at Burlington. Lame day but not unusual for retail.

    I spent a little over half of my eBay bucks so far and still am able to capitalize on the current 6% promotion. Just selected a single item to see if it'd go through to confirm.
    I think trying to figure out eBay's algorithm for this, without someone from the inside providing any insight, might just end up being frivolous exercises. (Although I do wonder if a 10% one might occur +/- one week from the eBay Bucks' expiration date. :D  )

    It might be worth mentioning that these are eBay bucks that apply to both buying and selling. If they were only earned for buying, maybe they would specifically target only those without eBay bucks to spend.
