Just a heads up - I went to 4 or so Walmarts in the last 24 hours, and none of their inventory matches what is shown in Brickseek. Like, if Brickseek says 2 and there are none in store, I get that, but if Brickseek says 15 and there is only 1...

 

I've explained that this can be the case multiple times. When there is an inventory discrepancy it can mean either the count is off, items have been stolen, or they have new stock in the back. If you can take what you see on the pegs/shelf and subtract it from the reported number on brickseek then if your remainder is divisible by a case count (8 per legends and deluxe case, 2 per voyager and leader case) then there may be stock in the back that hasn't been brought out yet.
Or it can still be miscounted stock. For the best results try to track down the toy department manager via phone call or in store visit. Just say that the walmart app was reporting that this item had X amount in stock. They can check and fix their numbers, and subsequently order another case that will arrive within 2-4 weeks.
That is if they do their job. I have a local walmart that has 35 reported TR Voyagers yet the shelves have been empty of that size class for almost 5 months.

My local Wegman's has begun to clearance out their TR Legends. They were something like $7.95 when I was there this morning. Will likely go cheaper if there are any left on the shelves after this week.

 

I expect many, many opportunities to get it at that price as we approach Christmas.
