Long story short, don't count on gamestop for any sort of online customer service, refunds, shipping mishaps, or price adjustments. You get what you pay for! So, I spent about an hour dealing with gamestop over the phone trying to get a price adjustment. The (indian?) guy wasn't able to do price adjustments, so I had to initiate a return. He screwed up sending a return slip to my address. Either he intentionally or inadvertently got my email address wrong and the system never sent a return label to me. I literally stayed on the phone with him for 30 minutes waiting for an email to arrive. He claimed that there was no way to resend the label. He then stated that we could print a new return label off the UPS site. That led to a cascade of problems. It finally came clear to me the UPS screen he was looking at is not the same one as we have in the U.S. I gave up at that point and after two minute on my credit card website, I got a full refund for the item.
