I think that Red Goblin guessed the heights by judging the length of the car. Like Prime being 28' tall and the truck also that long.

Jeez, all this scale talk reminds me of fanstoys willis. Look, sometimes you have to sacrifice scale for one mode or another and it seems bumblebee did both. It's not like we're going to get another v2 of mpm-03, you could just get the human alliance one which ko's of it are online on ebay for $20.

I think it looks right to me which bumblebee tbh was someone who would beat someone up pretty good and would be small enough to move around pretty quick. He needs to be big, yet small to have plot armor fit him correctly and accordingly enough.

In the transformer world fanbase, scale is something which we've truly never scaled ourselves of. Hate the stench of scale which is such piss at times, sometimes you just need to clean it up sometimes. I know i shouldn't be in this thread since i hate scale, but sometimes you need to recognize all the options.

 

Wow, I never realized just how much bigger Sentinel Prime's firetruck was than Optimus Prime's truck. It must be nearly twice as massive! And their bot modes are nearly identical in size too. DOTM Leader Sentinel and MPM04 Optimus Prime actually might scale real well with each other, in both modes.

 

No we're not gonna get MPM-3 v.2, but you can bet on some variants to represent the old Camaro look, ROTF version, and DOTM appearance. They probably won't do anything to alter the currently set scale, but they probably will borrow from MPM-3s schematics and transformation. It's still something to note

 

Yep, I'd say the alt modes are pretty much scaled perfectly. By that we can easily infer that MPM04's truck is too small compared to MPM03's car.

We like figures to be in scale because it is part of the accuracy.

And no. human alliance bumblebee is a bad alternative for a bumblebee because it has the same issues as the Mon but worse and even more issues. The figure looks like someone took bumblebees head and stuck it to a chewed up and spit out a half trans formed mess of a figure.

 

Scale is fine. how ever I would like a v2 to fix the flaws he does have.

 

What flaws? He's pretty much perfect as far as I can tell. Definitely a masterpiece.

So concluding... MPM-04 isn't TOO small in vehicle mode. He looks small, but still accurate enough for me.

But again, the MPM 3 and 4 are perfect in robot.

 

HftD Bee scales just about perfectly in both modes for my taste. Its too bad that it looks like crap compared to the mpm, even with the cool mods.
