Surprisingly enough, Tuner Skids is the only one I'm really interested in.

 

Hailstorm is the only thing here I want...Elita-1 is a disappointment. The only reason i would pick her up is if absolutely nothing else is left to get, and even then it would be to have all 3 sisters. Ti'm not expecting anything great from the "combined" mode

 

Must have PCC wave 2 and Hailstorm...MINE!!!!!!!

Hailstorm looks awesome...definitely a buy for sure. Elita-1 I'll get just to complete the on screen cycle trio.

Skids actually looks really cool...I like the TMNT-esaue color scheme   but I'll be passing on it.

Sideswipe is a definite pass. The original deluxe is fine, no need for another.

PCCs are a maybe. I like what I see of the two packs so far. Probably be impulse buys.

 

The more of these they make, the more my wallet can rest.

 

I think Hailstorm will be even more popular than Aeleta one at this point. Anyone still interested in making that combination?


I'll definitely buy one of everybody in this wave. And if I get the opprotunity: Army Builder of Hailstorm.

 

Sidearm Sideswipe's not looking too bad, but Elita-1 looks absolutely hideous!

 

Totally diggin' those PCCs... I actually like the colors on Tuner Skids... won't be picking it up though. One of each of them (plus the ice cream truck) is enough for me.

I don't remember having seen Hailstorm... I'm guessing that's the HFTD tank guy there... he looks... dangerous. Very cool.

I think I'm getting all of HFTD Wave 2. Hailstorm looks awesome, Sideswipe is cool short of the crappy flame deco. I need Elita to complete the bike trio, and I'll be getting Skids for kitbash fodder.

 

I'm thinking I might get a few Power Core Combiner Scouts.

I definitely don't want to get all of them, just some of the nicer ones. But looking at the wave 2 scouts, it's hard to say no to any of them.

They just all look very appealing.

But the more I study them, the more I realise that the molds aren't particularly good. The alt modes and some of the bot modes are a bit crap. And yet I still want them. Eventually I realised it's the colour schemes. Good strong simple colour schemes make a huge difference.

All PCC's will be mine. Hailstorm sucked me in... What is it about these HftD figures that tend to be so appealing? Oh, it's because they're not 100% movie styling... Hailstorm, Terradive, Tomahawk...

 

Leadfoot looks like he was designed by the Star Wars TF team, with the seemingly upside-down torso and general sense of awkwardness. I wonder if his power-up mode involves flipping him over?

 

Do you think all of Hailstorm's missiles are spring-loaded? That would be the best thing since G2 Dreadwing!

 

Hasbro said the missiles were of the friction-launcher Cyberjet variety. i.e. the really shitty kind.

 

Yeah, that's the main thing that is keeping me from putting him on my "buy on sight" list. I am not a fan of that projectile style.
