I think the team that takes the high-res pics needs to take some transforming lessons from the folks who take the Photoshopped pics.

Sweet. Good to see confirmation from the in package picture that the sidecar is removable and Prowl apparently can be displayed as Vanilla Prowl. Though I'll probably have the armor on him all the time. :D

...Though I really hope the helmet fits better on the final toy than either picture we've seen of the robot mode.

Waspinator looks pretty cool too. From his artwork he looks not only insane, but completely feral. Should be a treat to see him in Season 3.

Waspinator is pure love. Hooray for separating mandible mouth! Juding from his upper arms they can seperate to look more liek real wasp limbs and not arms split at the elbow. Or maybe he's General grievous? :lol

Prowl is interesting. Nice to see we're getting a quite different figure instead of just a re-release.

Did they just... attach his helmet REALLY DAMNED WRONG? What the...

Anyway, Waspinator looks alot better without the photoshop, looks alot more Waspinator, and totally badass (Waspinator badass??!) in that pic.

Yep. The main motorcycle body is mostly the same as the original. A few pieces are remolded, including the windshield and (IIRC) part of the seat/arms.

Very impressed with Waspinator. A lot of care and love seem to have gone into it.

Well, these stock photos aren't quite as eye-catching as the other ones due to the stiff posing, washed-out colours and obvious mistransformation, but these remain a sweet-looking pair of toys. :)

Waspinator looks very fun; love that toxic yellow on his abdomen and all the translucent purple, and I'm very excited at the first look at his nasty-looking animation model on the package art. I can't wait to see this guy on the show now...this isn't going to be your granddad's Waspinator, that's for sure. :p  I just hope there'll be a way to pose him a little more...waspishly when I get my hands on him; his beast mode posture is still a bit too grasshopperish at the minute.

Samurai Prowl remains all kinds of awesome, from the looks of things. That sidecar armour converts beautifully, even though they've screwed the helmet up horribly on both modes here; there's no way the helmet is going to just perch there in sidecar mode, whilst the robot mode seems to have been given, well, a jaAm grin. :(  I'm most intrigued by the Prowl figure itself, though...it's obvious that there's been some slight changes to the windshield, lightbar and hubcaps, so I'm curious as to whether he'll just be a straight repaint of standard Prowl, or if he'll have been retooled slightly so that the armour can clip on. I guess I'll have to wait for Peaugh or someone to get there hands on him and give us some comparison shots...hint, hint.

DieMaus: don't be so sure about the helmet having better storage. It's mounted on the sidecar windshield the same way in package.

I'd like to see Samurai Prowl without the armor. I know he's got several distinctly remolded parts and will thus be different from Prowl 1.0, but I'd like to see what the remold parts look like without the armor.

The whole front piece of the motocycle/upper body looks like a new piece, not just the windshield.

The last of proper transformation on the high res images is REALLY starting to bug me.

and waspinators jaw bugs me too...it looks good on the figure and it looks good on the artwork...they're just not the same as each other. one piece jaw on the toy and looks like three piece on the art.

That's because the toy got a closed mouth, he opens the first the opens then second mouth.
