Seriously though, that Soundwave looks awesome. I know the keytar wont have the alternating black keys, but thats nothing that cant be solved with a Sharpie.

 

We did get that horrendous, yellow Ratchet redeco entitled Rescue Ratchet. Remember, only movie Ratchet's toys are green, he's really supposed to be yellow.

 

I won't know till i ask, so what other figures are in this wave with these 2?
i was thinking about getting Soundwave for my niece- she liked Ratbat in the Series.
But i will pass on FWJ.

Hmm, Soundwave looks interesting, especially with Ratbat. I really like it. I wish Hasbro made that Jazz black with orange flames and white extras and called it Ricochet.

You do know repaints make it possible for new moulds in the future, right?

They have to repaint some figures so they get the money out of the mould, then they can afford to make more new figures for either future waves or future lines.

 

Gotta love all the "Pointless repaints sucks!" arguments from the people that still haven't figured it out yet.

Soundblasterwave is bought. If I remember correctly he did take on that color at some point during the show, even though it may have technically been a lighting issue with the dark room he was in. Still.. I need a better excuse to buy Ratbat for $12.

Freeway Jazz is still a pass.

 

I may get Soundwave if I see him in a store. Ratbat really does look like crap though. Disappointed in it.

This Soundwave is sweet! Love the colors and Ratbat as Keytar is a thing of awesomeness. I will get these if I see them. Kind of funny how the peg hole in RatBats head looks like he got some kind of robolotomy.  

That said, no interest in FW Jazz. Don't really get what it's supposed to be. The first Jazz is such a fantastic toy, this is a cup full of why bother.

The way I see it, each 'pointless repaint' is one more Animated toy than we thought we were getting earlier this year, which is good because there is always someone who likes/wants it even if the majority doesn't.

I'll get both when I see them. They both look nice, I want Ratbat, and I want my money to say "thanks Hasbro for not ditching the line when it would have been easy to do."

 

man i wish Hasbro would make up their mind they cancel the series and it was a VERY GOOD series i most defiantly considered it would of at least made its way to UNICRON   but why Hasbro do you persist with making toys if the series is over not that i'm complaining but i had my eyes on Arcee and Rodimus Minor the figures of those two i had high plans for in the Radicons Customs area dang it!!!

 

IIRC, he appeared in the Soundblaster colour scheme during some/all of his appearances in the VR simulation in "Human Error".
