^^ That was freakin awesome! Definitely reminds me of the first few Halo live action vids that were made. Seeing these makes me even more excited for ODST. I wish they would go ahead and green light the Halo movie.

 

I wasn't going to pick this one up at launch, but TRU is having a deal where you get a 20 dollar gift card AND an ODST figure, and i'm a sucker for the ODST suits. Too good of a deal for me to pass up, my lonely red EVA Spartan from wave one will finally have someone to keep him company.

 

Heh, that's the only spartan I have too. Other armor configs where mega lame.

I have this on the xbox. It left me feeling odd, but the kickass special effects are kickass.

So the game is about to come out in 2 weeks. When do you guys think you'll be ready to do our co-op campaign? Gamestop said that they're going to be doing a mid-night release of the game, which'll be Wednesday at 12:00AM (or if you're confused Tuesday 11:59PM). I'm not gonna have time to play the game on wednesday (Im on EST time btw) morning but in the evening at around 5pm EST-ish.

Now the trick to this co-op campaign run is that none of us is gonna play the single player, we'll all gonna go through it without knowing what's gonna happen. Sense my availability is rather picky, plus I know waiting on someone to play your new video game sucks, is there anyone that might want to just replace me so you guys go through this?

 

Well, I work weekday mornings, so I'm available in the evenings and weekends. I plan on picking the game up Wednesday, but I was going to stick with Firefight 'til everyone was available.

 

I don't have a problem with this. I have the rest of my life to play this game. I can wait an hour or two.



My EB games doesn't open until 10:00 am my time. (it is 3:16 pm at the time of this post)

 

Just to clarifiy, cause I'm confused. The game comes out on a Tuesday, but you'll be picking it up Wednsday, correct?


As for waiting, I don't mind a bit. Hell, I won't have my copy until 6pm Est at the earliest. So do what you have to. No need to rush.

I'll just spend the time playing the Reach beta.

 

Well, the games shipping date is 9/22/2009 (A tuesday). That'll be the day game stores recieve the title the, day after (wednesday) is when the stores sell it. So I'll be getting my copy on the 23rd.

 

Okie-doke. Just wanted to clarify.

Been practicing on Halo 3 lately. I'd say we practice a few of the Halo 3 missions, some MP and while we're at it, try and get the Vidmaster Annual achievement before ODST.

Unless I'm the only one who doesn't have it in which case forget I mentioned it.
