Well, i would say Cybertron Clocker from the CW Dead-end/Streewise mold. It even has a similiar transformation scheme!

G2 Optimus Prime/RiD'01 Scourge in G1 Prime colors. I seriously, totally cannot believe this has never been done: as a store exclusive during the first 3 movies ('cuz he's a long nosed truck) or under the platinum label, or something. It just seems like a spectacular no-brainer!

 

I'm still pretty shocked that we never got a Kup out of the Orion Pax mold, even if he wound up being a TFCC exclusive or something. The mold would've totally made sense for Kup on a number of levels and I'm baffled as to why it wasn't done.

 

A whole lot of Micromasters and Unicron trilogy repaints for the CW line...even with slight changes to the name, (Lightsteed from Lightspeed, and Trailcutter from Trailbreaker).

So many opportunities to make repaints...only things required were remolded heads, new individual weapons, and new combiner hands/feet.

They miss lots of obvious opportunities, too many to list by far, especially lately.

I really would have enjoyed having a FOC Twincast since we got a Soundblaster.
