My biggest annoyance with the generation seeker molds. Is those spring loaded guns. You need to push the wings back so StarScream can't shoot forward. Wouldn't it be get if a 3rd party made a set of NON-SPRING LOADED nulls rays for all the seekers? Maybe guns that aren't thinker than his arms.
CUSTOM BUILT NULLRAYS FOR CLASSIC OR GENERATION SEEKERS if you buy 3 sets you get an extra one free ! 10.00 US *3.00 US no extra charge for extra sets * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Feeling lazy just cutting and pasting lol.... But yeah for sale on that marksproject website. It's owned by one of the radicons anemis.
It really doesn't bother me too much, but then again I'm not a big Seeker guy so they usually don't receive the most attention.
Must have! I'd been planning to try and design some null rays on Shapeways but those already look perfect!
You know, before Classics I never really saw the appeal of seekers either, but for some reason once Starscream was released I got the Pokemon syndrome, "gotta get 'em all!"
idk i like the big missiles on the seekers, but that's just me, and spring loaded weapons do not bother me, after all the original "had" them you know? just because hasbro removed the springs doesn't mean they didn't originally!
I hate the Seeker mold weapons and I prefer the figures go without 'em. Those Marksprojects ones are nice, though.
I don't have a problem with the big null rays, really. If I want him to pose them forward I'll just put them in his hands. The coneheads don't have this problem anyway.
I like he big weapons too. It makes their robot mode look a bit more beefed up to me. These custom one are nice however, but not for me.
I like the bigger ones as well. They fill out the upper body nicely IMO. And to make the point forward just tilt the wings back a little bit, problem solved.
there is a set of seeker upgrades in the works that will come with vairous upgrades for the classics seekers including new null rays. i hate it bit null rays on them, they just looks too big imo
Of course, technically Starscream's the only one who actually uses null rays. Thundercracker uses incendiary guns and Skywarp has machine guns.
I never understood how it was a good idea to have your guns attached to your shoulders instead of, say, your forearm or in your hand in the first place.
