Well, my first one I made is....MY Bot Spoiler!

Note, I didn't notice I forgot to put the doors on til after I started taking pics lol!

Pretty much started with a Alternators Riccochet figure, and got the closest model to my car a new GTO. Now I believe that I can transform it into car form, haven't tried it, but I didn't make the flap that goes behind the head, plus the hood wasn't a matched size so I had to glue it into place. Also, took off the trunk lol! So, I would need to reattach it to complete it, the figure is more or less just a robot mode version, if I use him in my comics, I will have to get another model kit to show car mode lol! Repainted colors, and tried to fill in over the eyes to make a visor. It isn't the best job I have ever did, but it is my first attempt. I did do a lil more touchup work to make the visor look better and better painting on various areas after I did the pics, just didn't feel like retaking pics. Plus the spray paint decided to act a lil wierd during the paint so it didn't turn out perfect. But hey, to have a custom figure to become more or less my character...

Lol, I was gonna do a lot to this thing, but I realized the main portion of body parts were good enough to run with. I had to demel the bumper off and glue the one to it, now that was a pain. My original plan was to use the model kit, and get a Gundam model of some type. But hey, it was worth the effort.

Hey, kudos to you for attempting a re-shell. Its a big step, and pretty much fulfills the character you have in your signature there.

The best part now, is that you have some experience in modifying the car parts, so your next one should be a little easier, and a little nicer.

    Keep up the good work!

PS, the spoiler as a sword...awesome and unique idea. Never seen it done, so bravo to you on originality. Hope we see more like this!

Not bad at all. My only suggestion, try filling in those gaps in the front and you'll be aces.

Yeah, the whole hood not fitting properly thing caused those holes, but I will fill them in sometime soon.

Spoiler in an essence was based somewhat off of G1 Jazz personality, with the body of my car. Sort of an officer/scout type of Tformer.

Lol, finally get back from vacation, and can finally respond again.

While, I would love to transform it, I think I will do the easier thing and just buy another model kit and use that for car form lol!

Now the real question is...what to kitbash next!?!

    Very cool. :)

I don't know which character this was, so do you happen to have a picture of what this figure looked like before the changes?

Looks pretty good overall. I would suggest using a decal instead of painting the Pontiac emblem on the front. It would look so much better. Not bad for a first custom.

It has since been repainted and cleaned up since these pics. I had already refitted the bumper, filled in some gap issues. It looks a lot better now.
