Notification problem

    I've gotten the dreaded permanent 1 profile visitor message that won't clear, from the "Your Notifications" drop down menu.

    I've cleared my cookies, my temp history and logged back in and it's still there. Anything else further I can try?

    Try going to page 2, 3 of your profile messages.

    It hasn't resolved it.

    I have found that when I log in and i'm on the front page and if I press F5 or Ctrl+F5 for a hard refresh, it shows I have no notifications but as soon as I click on Board at the top of the site my Notications instantly shows 1

    Edit: If I click the News link at the top of the site it shows no notifications also. It only shows it when I come to the Board section.

    It says:

    #1.) Unapprove the Message
    #2.) Approve the Message

    I see no current option to unapprove a message, the visitor message is there on my profile and all I see is report and nothing of like from the drop down menu.

    Oh well. I'll just pretend I'm popular and leave it. Cheers anyway :)

    Also, in regards to "front page, boards" switching...

    Front page, News pages, Comics Pages, Resources Page - Don't show anything but PM notifications.

    Any Forum based page - threads, posts, forum home, pms, subscriptions, anything /boards/... - that will show you ALL your notifications. So that's not a glitch, that's done on purpose.

    But, if the notification won't go away even on the boards, then that's the original system glitch Joe mentioned.

    Hope that made sense.
