    Post your thoughts here!

So far, 2point6 (Chantilly) is available next week since he's on spring break.

Demonss (Manassas) is available Fridays and Saturdays.

robowarrior (Arlington) is available Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings.

I'm (Alexandria) pretty flexible with my schedule.

So let's try and decide on a date, location and time!

Depending on date, may try to come as I need to check out DC more often.

Spam the Maryland and DC sighting to get the news out.

I'm out in (Sterling) and available Mon and Fri evenings, as well as Sat and Sun (would prefer early afternoon possibly on those days in case I have a date) ;)
It sounds like Fairfax might be a middle ground for everyone, or maybe Tysons. What would y'all wanna do, grab some beers? If we do Tysons, there's a couple good bars there. TGIFridays, even though the food is so-so, usually has good drink specials as well.

Tysons or Fair Lakes would be fine with me. Tysons does have more as far as food/drink options though.

No stores to hit up as far as TFs go though.

I'm pretty flexible on time and location. I live in Sterling and work in Tyson's. On any given too I'm not too far from anywhere in Fairfax County.

So would everyone agree to Tyson's Corner as the place for the meet? If so, we can move on to a time and date.

Are you in NoVA? I thought you were in VA Beach?

I can do weekends as well and would be willing to make the trip up from Richmond if I'm free whenever the meetup happens.

Depending on how many people actually show up, I'm wondering if it's a better idea to have the meet in a community center or something like that instead of a restaurant.

Obviously the bigger the party the harder it will be to hold it at a restaurant in Tyson's.

How does April 2nd look for everyone as far as the date goes?

I'd like to attend too. I'm in Woodbridge. Remember woodbridge is home to Potomac Mills and a great & cheap brazillian streakhouse called the Charbroil Grill.

    That'd be awesome.

Although after thinking about it, I'd like this first meet up to be as casual as possible so I was tossing this idea around on whether or not we should all just meet at the food court in Tyson's Corner Mall by the AMC for lunch and whoever shows up will show up.

It's too hard to get a response from everyone around unfortunately and this way, there's no need for any commitments or anything.

I know it would suck for the people further away since there's no set guarantee on how many people show up but I felt that this first get together should be more of a "hang out and shoot the you-know-what" type deal.

So with that in mind, how would 12PM April 2nd at the Tyson's Corner Mall food court sound as a meet up spot?

We'll eat, hang out, talk about everything and anything, and go from there?

I can do that, but for those coming from the South, Potomac Mills would be a lot easier for them (granted I'm biased, but a few people responded who aren't quite in NOVA).

Got some extra Wreck-Gars from HTS that I was planning on doing that troop building project with MAIDEN JAPAN but decided to put that on hold.

Asking for $14 each which was what I paid for them with shipping.

I can bring them to the meet up on the 2nd.

A little over a week out from the planned date, any input? If there's no interest whatsoever then we'll just scrap the entire thing.
