482E62FB-3C4F-45F6-8C3A-7E0D9DF63F6E.jpeg I’ve got s spare MP03 Skywarp that I’m customizing into a a non transforming but more possable, less kibble,Toy version just for something to do when I feel like it. Here he is after a couple of hours of work. Still plenty I plan on doing. 94F5A541-CA6E-4F74-867B-315C870E6ABC.jpeg
Below are some more images to show some of changes and the differences they make.

Thanks man, I doubt I’m the first though. I’d like to see what kind of poses I can get him in once I work on his hip flaps. Really this molds joints have great range that get blocked by other parts.... it’s a shame!

Looks nice. Is making a waist swivel on your agenda?

Now with waist swivel and tons more upwards thigh movement

There’s now a gap between his torso and waist when standing all square/A stance BUT to me it’s a small sacrifice to free up as much movement as I did.

Thanks man but really haven’t done much. Shaving the arms took the most time. All else really has been minor/quick trimming.

Well it’s still pretty cool. And like people who own the old seeker mold are gonna keep it in one form or the other. You’re just making the best one.

Never getting rid of my first 3 seekers(all 03 molds) even if official makes a V3.... I might buy those though. I wasn’t impressed with the MP11 mold and the prices were to much for me. The coneheads impressed me even less and WWWAAAAYYY to expensive my liking and QC problems rampant..... I ended up getting Toyworlds coneheads on sale cheap and for the money could not be beat....IMO
    DAM I ramble

A slight update more progress tomorrow.
I dug out some G1 parts and did some very minor trimming and cutting. I plan on finishing up these small mods tomorrow. I’m adding the MP null ray tips to the G1 base cannons and mounting the smaller G1 tail fins on his calfs. I also threw some cheap temporary stickers on the wings to give me that toy vibe I’m going for.

FC2F4822-C807-446F-B129-0307A9565A4C.jpeg Finally got around to gluing the G1 style null rays together and sanding the G1 tail fins flat....now to shave the pegs off the outside of the calfs and glue those babies on.
Anyone got good suggestion for a spray paint that matches the MP purple?
