Thats WM for you. The local one where I live has the entire boy section limited to half an aisle. However, the brightside for you since all those TFs should be on the clearance aisle now you might save some cash.

    This.

Or better yet, I heard there's these magical places where one can buy new toys and have them shipped right to their house! I think they're just rumors, though. That's too good to be true.

You have a manager who doesn't like tf's.
Tf's have been one of the better sellers.
These stores get detailed plans on the set up of their aisles.
    Tf's are on them.
Lots of tf's are on them.
I'll bet he pulled them so he could have a few more empty pegs for bakugan.
Hopefully when the hasbro rep makes their rounds, they'll put up a fuss.
Wal-mart has been promoting the tf lines.
I doubt the line will missing for long.

You just said Target was 20 miles away. That's 40 miles round trip. Average walking speed is somewhere in the range of 3 miles per hour. So... 13 hours, 20 minutes. Sounds like a day trip to me.

Or better yet, buy a bike. I hear they can pull closer to 10-15 mph.

I guarantee that the manager was giving you BS , he told you that they weren't selling just to get you out of his face and to give you a fast response........ there's several things that Walmart and even Target workers will tell you for quick answers...

    Here's a few

-"Just check back in a few days , cause we are getting in a truck tomorrow night."
-"We're no longer selling them." (with several reasons)
    -"I don;t know , let me check with some-one"
-"We haven't had them for years."

Just to quote a few ...

I bet that most likely they're just sold out because the holiday buying has already started, and as all Deluxes are 7.77 how could you beat that ?

His store must be low volume or they still have all the old stuff that won't sell. There's a Fred Meyer store right behind where I live that can't get rid of Movie toys or the first Wave of Animated or Universe even with a 20% off or 3 for 2 sale. I just wish someone would buy them or gt clearanced already.

And now we're back at "how was I supposed to know that?"

There are definitely other ways to get Transformers if your Walmart really did stop carrying them. Like another Walmart, perhaps? I'm in the middle of Amish country and I have 3 Walmarts within a reasonable distance from me. 7 if I really feel like going someplace.

Or like I said earlier, HE TELL ME there's magical places where one can click "Order" and get stuff sent to their house. And Walmart.com (OMG THEY HAVE A WEBSITE) offers FREE site-to-store shipping. So you can get your stuff off the website and have it sent right to the store.

Or better yet, you could assume DJ Soundwave is right and go back next week.
