Yes we saw his return in season 3 but only as a ghost, but I would of liked if they would of gave his real body back and have him in 2-3 episodes, like Prime did. But no they had to kill him again in "Ghost in the machine" after he got his old body back, right after Unicron granted his wish.

Actually we dont know if they killed him AGAIN.

Think about it, if he was a ghost how could he tumble out of control trew space.

And sure Galvatron shot him, but Galvatron said his weapon was pretty much neutralized after fighting trypticon.

I always assumed Starscream survived after his tumbling through space incident.

Then how did he become just a spark just a spark traveling through space in Beast Wars?

Who ever said that "Ghost in a Machine" takes place after his appearance in Beast Wars from Screamer's point of view?

I was really sad that Starscream was gone again, although Starscream is one of the bad guys, I really loved Starscream.

Another example of the crappiness of the cartoon. Robot ghosts and the like.

Read the comics, my friend. Then you get completely non-ludicrous stuff (yeah, yeah, like the Carwash of Doom)

it was not a ghost, it was a disembodied spark.:p
And said spark could have easily tagged along on one of the ships on the trip back in time and since it all started 300 some years After "ghost in the machine" (which is just a play on words like ghost in the shell) there was plenty of time for his body to be destroyed by someone or something.

Unrelated but your sig is misquoted. It's "You cannot destroy 'MY' destiny"

    Who knows?

He could have died again long after, and if you consider time travel, his Spark could have traveled from a point before Unicron gave him a new body.
