looks awesome man! i love that scheme on that mold!
That looks GREAT in those colors. Gives off a very Lego-ish vibe (which in my mind is a very good thing. )
'Bot mode pics?
.....yep ol' SQ7 loves police customs!!!
I agree.....it really does look good Paul...
*can we see more?*
Agreed. More please. Looks good so far.
Dang thats nice. any name suggestions that you are thinking? heres a few I like
S.W.A.T = Specialized Wasteland Assault Trooper.
Thanks for your comments. I really like the name SWAT. He is going to have a pal to combine with (not even begin to work with him), so in fact I need two names. A bot mode pic, as requested:
I wanted the head to look like this:
That looks pretty sweet. I was thinking you could call him PIT after the maneuver that poliece use to spin out cars in a chase.
Great name! But not for him. This one will be PIT:
More appropiate car for chasing the bad guys. I need some help about the color scheme: should I cover the green with black, add more black (the whole door, etc), leave the red or cover it with black or blue to match the rear spoiler/lightbar thing? Anybody who can photoshop will receive my eternal gratitude.
And when they two combine, they will be SWATPIT, or PITSWAT, or something like that.
the Van should be a bomb squad vehicle. Just screams it to me. His name should be: Nitro
The Car should be a pursuit vehicle named: Axel
They combine into: Longarm (long arm of the law)
I like the names PIT & SWAT for Pit well make him into a futuristic looking police car how you do it is really up to your creativity. Now if they combined, he's name would be Takedown or Bulletproof or something like that. Anyways keep us updated.
I just thought of an acroym for PIT it may be different from other people so here goes.
Thats as far I got but you get the idea.
Awesome, love seeing more emergency response vehicles.
Im using my Towline as "Kup" a National Guard Forward Command Communications Vehicle, (picK UP radio communications), Inspired by the Kansas National Guard vehicle I saw at Preparedness Day here in Wichita, Kansas (It was an unmarked satellite wireless communications array on top of a SUV). So I didnt custom paint it.
Tho, my other custom Im working on doing is Hound, a K-9 unit vehicle using the TF-Cybertron Crosswise/Smokescreen mold and repaint it like the Alt/BT Prowl, Alert and Autorooper paint scheme. (They should have repainted it again for Prowl, Hasbro would've had another 10 bucks from me).
Thanks for the non-intentional shoutout Ezilla82. My callsign is from the takedown lights on the front of the lightbar to light up the area in front of the vehicle, and my unit number from the Emergency Support Unit, which dealt with the on-scene lights and power production I volunteered for the county.
Thanks for your suggestions, now I have a problem because all the names sounds good for me. I think I will start a poll when finished.
Hey, takedown334, I really want to see your WIPs, post some pics, please.
No prob. I thought that your name or something else would work if Paul Prime combines his police inspired tfs. Takedown I like what your custom, I have two wip for police cars Tfs inspired by the nebraska state patrol I do have names for them but I don't have pics (Damnit!!) anyways their Lockdown and Nightstick both are from the Prowl Binaltech/Alternator mold.
I have to say that is one great piece of art you have going on there. You make the Law Enforcement community proud. Great job.
Closer pic of the face:
Where'd you get the lightbar, and where can I find one with red "lights"?
I got them with two generic transformers toys. There are fire-fighter vehicles with red lightbars too. I can't remember their names now. They have decent vehicle modes with metal parts and horrible robot modes with almost no articulation. The box is white with a plastic window.
Separate names with a comma.
