Shia LaBeouf - EVEN STEVENS Megan Fox - HOPE & FAITH Josh Duhamel - LAS VEGAS Patrick Dempsey - GREY'S ANATOMY Keiko Agena - GILMORE GIRLS (she was Director Mearing's aide, in case you missed her) Just get some actors who can work well cinematically speaking. Maybe Andrew Garfield could work, as TFilm Coby (from the CYBERTRON series).
...You do know some of the most talented people on the industry are on TV shows, right? Jeremy Irons, Hugh Laurie?
What the hell are you talking about man. That was the beginning of their career. They're not even in TV shows anymore. I'll make a suggestion. From now on why don't you use your goddamn brain.
A good actor is a good actor, regardless of the medium they work in, in most cases. "NO MORE THEATRE ACTORS PLEASE!", for example, would eliminate Matthew Broderick, Patrick Stewart, Jonathan Hurt, Derek Jacobi, Kenneth Branagh, Richard Attenborough, Judi Dench, etc. etc. etc. from films. And we can see how terrible an idea that would be from their work. Obviously someone will need to adjust to the new medium, but it shouldn't be too hard.
With that logic their would be no Peter Cullen, No Frank Welker, no Jess Harnell, no Keith Szarabajka, No Charlie Adler, No James Remar, No Grey Delisle, No Tom Kenny hell No Leonard Nimoy. The movies would suck even more without these guys doing the voices.
Considering most of the voice actors do a lot of TV stuff, wouldn't you be saying that you don't want Peter Cullen in the next one?
Oooooooooooooohhhhh!!! HM HM. He's also saying that Frank Weller and Hugo Weaving shouldn't be in TF4.
You do realize he's done tons of movies since that, right? And many big time movie actors start out on TV shows.
this thread is basically the same as saying that a band shouldn't let someone who used to be a session musician join their live line up. you gotta start somewhere
I don't think any actor started straight to a movie. You got to have experiance first and to get that you have to be on t.v. even if it a commercial people start on tv.
