They should port Sega Star Wars. Best. Star. Wars. Game. Ever.

I can't wait. I was wanting to get a Wii, but this cements it.

In related news, Lucas Arts finally gets on the fucking ball and decides to make what we all wanted since the second we saw the controller.

I'm not even that big a Star Wars fan...but I think I would buy this on the sheer This-Is-What-The-WiiMote-Was-Made-For coolness factor.

If LucasArts took any longer on announcing this, I'd have questioned their collective eyesight. :lol

Next......... And Indiana Jones game where you use the remote as the handle to you whip, which you use to solve puzzles and whip the baddies... But you actually have to whip the wiimote down to cause the snap action.... Let's see if they get my memo.

I hope this will be a Trilogy based game and not another "let's retcon everything you ever believed in" like all the recent SW games.

About damn time. :D  I thought LucasArts was never gonna use the Wiimote like a Lightsaber.

Please, please please make it so rumble is activated on lightsaber impact!

We need something to register resistance. It's fine for slicing and dicing insignificant enemies, but it is absolutely needed for any swing that is blocked, or anything that is harder to go through.
