don't know if this question was asked but.. how many of you have already preordered the optimus prime and/or megatron nike transformers? and what about them do you find appealing?

 

I haven't ordered mine yet but I love them simply because the concept is so outrageous.

 

I have em on preorder. Heck i already have a few pairs of rare JORDANS & AIRFORCE,so this satisfies both the TRANSFORMER & SNEAKER collector in me at the same time! I would also like to see a pair of TRANSFORMABLE JORDANS OR AIR FORCE!  

 

I'm here to entere a counter point.......   just for fun:

I'm not getting them. I love the robot mode but I find absolutely hilarity in that the bots themselves are wearing the kicks they actually form. I just don't see any fun in thier alt modes other than i can throw it at my roommate. I still think they should have made OP right and Megs left. At least then you could have a pair.

 

i just preordered both. i love nikes, i have about 7 pairs of them. i think the bot modes look great and they're just kinda funny which i enjoy.

 

Yea, I like th whole, real life object, then it isnt but a transformer" appeal seems retty cool! I hope they make a blowdryer that truns into Ironhide  

 

i wish megatron was a real working gun sold at a gun shop.. at least we wouldn't have to worry about an orange tip

 

True.....youd have to worry abot TF fans actually killing eachother over ranting and flamin ......with a real megatron.....not the best idea... 

 

they should make it a fully functional gun just make it so there are no bullets that work

My wife and I just moved from Beaverton OR where Nike HQ is at. I know a fair amount of people that work at Nike. If I worked there there would be no doubt that I would have these on order but since I dont and have no real love for shoes these two wont find a place in my home to rest.

Not preordered, but I'm hoping to get them.

I did make sure to preorder MP3 player Soundwave though, even if he ain't wearing shoes.  

 

Hmm, I tempted to order them just for the novelty factor alone.

 

The only TF I preordered so far is MP3 Soundwave. I'll save the rest for a unmodded MP-05 and WST Dinobot Sludge & Grimlock.

 

I'll probably end up getting them at some point, but solely because it's Prime & Megatron. I think the concept is laughable, and the fact that they're almost identical apart from the colours and heads makes them even less appealing.

I preodered Nike Convoy. Bottom line, it's a Convoy. I'm passing on Nike Megs though. He's just another left sneaker. These are bizarre "RIDs" though.

Some Teletraanish computer must have gotten a virus and mistakenly took a Nike Sneaker as a life form. Megs with sneaker-envy copied the idea thinking it was a new Cybertron weapon.
