    Damn those are expensive!!!

Seeing they're probably made by the finest 10 year olds $1 an hour can buy I'll bet they're worth it! :rolleyes2

It's not that I don't like them, that's just too much money.

I find this fishy. I have wanted these for a long time. I contacted Nike as well as several local buyers. These were a limited edition series that were produced and released in August. So unless the people I talked to at Nike were liars or just had wrong info, I just dont see this. I spoke with a seller for the midwest region that works for Nike. I spoke with him several times in fact. He at first didnt have any info on these except that they were being made. He then called me back with info that they were produced and sold in august. That they were in very limited numbers. They had sold out within hours of being placed online. I even told him that their were allot of people that were interested inthese. He said that I should email him with all info that I had where these were wanted. I basically linked him here. So, maybe they just made more? ah well! they all 3 shall be mine!

You know, I was going to talk some smack about these. But let's face it. I collect toy robots. At least you can wear shoes.

Well, you can't ball in them for a year and then stick 'em on a shelf.

    Not with my foot odor.

I dig that they are doing this. I dig part of that culture, and I understand it.

But these just aren't doing it for me, and I guess that is good because it saves me a buttload of money.

My thoughts exactly. But since I'm not a shoe collector, I guess these aren't for me.

    Congrats on the FP.

The only shoe collector I know was the dude on Entourage. He was nuts for them though.

I keep mine in the boxes on the floor in my walk-in closet. I don't wear 'em out in the rain or any bad weather. I'm a nerd.

The complaints in this thread remind of a thread on a sneaker forum where people made fun of grown men that will spend $100 + on a toy.

So can it be conclusively proven that no toy factory has ever employed cheap and/or under aged labor?

But dude, they ARE kind of ugly. Turtle's Fujiyamas were tight.
