    I added Neoshifter Arms and Weapon

    The weapon is modified with the rocket-holder and rockets from starscream

    the weapon is now mor movie-accurate thant the rocket-hands from original movie starcream-toy!

    I have been trying to give my Thundercracker better arms for a while with no luck finding a good base to start from. Thanks for the ideas!!
