So Dallas is on the verge of losing their entire secondary. Already lost safeties Church and Wilcox. Lost Carr today to the Ravens and it sounds like Claiborne is about to sign with the Jets(good luck in that shithole Morris). But hey, we still have Romo, so it's not all bad.

To be fair, Dallas was ranked 27th in pass defense last year, so they could do better. Losing experienced players can hurt.

It's no secret that I hate on the Cowboys, but my advice to their fans is that it is unreasonable to expect them to be as great this year (at least in the regular season). They have a bright future (much to my dismay), but don't expect them to be 13-3 or better again this season. I still think they can be a playoff team, but winning the NFC East won't be easy.

Raiders should've kept Murray. Big mistake letting him go.

Nah. Latavius should have done so much better behind the league's second best offensive line. Besides, I think Oakland might take Christian McCaffrey in the draft. He is probably the best dual threat back in this year's draft. He finished in the top fourth for both running back and receiver statistics at the Combine.

So now Oakland is trying to get Marshawn Lynch to come out of retirement. Not sure what to think of this.

Unless they're going to do something drastic like getting Skittles to sponsor him (and give him free Skittles for life), I can't see that happening.

The Super Bowl was in Houston, so it's not like it was too far from the border.

True, but why take it there? mexico is not a place where it would have maximum value. i suppose who ever stole it could have been planning to hide it there until things cooled off. Mind no way they could sell it for what it might be worth as the news of its theft spread way too fast.

Who said they wanted to sell it? Besides back alley dealing I'd hang that shit up on a wall.

I know. That still limits your market to uber hard core rich dudes that just have to have it.

Good luck to the Bears with Sanchez. I hope they never need to him to actually play in a game.

Redskins proposing a new kickoff rule that if the kicker gets the ball through the uprights, the opposing team starts at the 20 instead of the 25. I kind of like that idea.

It's certainly way better than giving them another extra point like Justin Tucker proposed. That's a lot of effort for less points than a field goal and there are only like three kickers that can do it. Plus, you should not be able to potentially get 9 points from one possession. We would be fine in Pittsburgh though. The longest field goal kicked at Heinz Field is 54 yards, and 45+ yarders are twice as hard due to crosswinds.
