    According to one of my suppliers today:

    No pictures yet. Just a placeholder blank image. Obviously "New" is not the full name, but It might lend credence to the rumors that the next MP is an all-new Convoy mold, as in "New Convoy". The retail price translates to about $278.50 USD. Whatever this puppy is, it's either a multi-pack, or BIG.

    Some "New" Convoy certainly makes sense with them making the "Last Shot" edition of the original MP Prime mold.

    Less excited about the price, that is high end Soul of Chogokin money right there. :(

    If it was soundwave with a whole bunch of tapes then maybe...
    or if there was some working music feature with the tapes being chipped and SW being a chip reader...
    might explain the pricetag, but not the 'new convoy'part

    It's probably just a redeco of roddy. Like in clear or black or chrome or something innovative like that.

    Just for the record, Takara's solicit does NOT say 'New Convoy" as far as I know. It simply says "New", according to the supplier who sent this. That it might be "New Convoy" is entirely my conjecture.

    I'm betting it's ultramagnus with trailer, that would be awesome and serve justice to do him right. Was it the last shot version or sleep mode prime that had ultramagnus on his communicator? But need galvitron, soundwave ands his tapes would be awesome as well. And I know I'm going out on a limb but their were some rumor of mp devy maybe it's hook and longhaul as a two pack and every 3 months or so the next two, that would hurt tf club devy, it's unlikely but possible just my 2 cents

    Given the nearly $300 price tag some options:

    -3 pack of Conehead MPs
    -3 pack of Prowl/Bluestreak/Smokescreen or Sunstreaker/Sideswipe/Red Alert (but why sell a new mold in a 3-pack?)
    -MP Movie Prime with trailer
    -MP PM Prime
    -MP Ultra Magnus, using a new cab mold
    -MP Devastator
    -A limited edition repaint of Rodimus... or a Rodimus with something more added on...but what? Not just a Targetmaster
    -MP Fortress Maximus... he's the next Autobot Leader after Rodimus
