Clocker - Pass. Nice colors, but I was never a big fan of that mold.
Skyblast - A S7 with Autobot symbols? Hmm....maybe....
Strongarm - Very nice! Looks like we will get a G1 Brawn/Hound style repaint after all....will definitely be picking him up.

 

at first i wasn't too crazy about the sector 7 recolors, but their starting to grow on me...i like to use em as troop builders. really like the skyblast a lot!

I'll definitely get Hardtop, since I liked the mold but not the colors on Cybertron Hardtop and Swindle. It's probably the only S7 repaint I'll get.

For some reason they just don't seem as cool as the other Sector Seven repaints. Plus I'm not too crazy about the smoke colored clear bits on them. But I guess that wouldn't be too hard to fix with a bit of paint so I might pick them up. I mean it's not like I couldn't take the Autobot logos off at home for my planned Decepticon sub-faction.

Really love the Robot Heroes stuff because a cuter than cute tiny little Megatron seems wrong on just so many levels.

 

The flat military colors are starting to grow on me.

 

Most are pretty bland and not 'essential' purchases for me, but STRONGARM is a stand-out I will buy. Should sit well next to the HARDTOP repaint.
I need some SECTOR 7 figures to sit in there though - Wonder if ZOIDS pilots are too small?

 

I like the color schemes, but the ridiculously oversized guns kill them for me. (Of course, it killed them for me when they first showed up too)

 

I will definately be getting the Hardtop, Arcee, Clocker and Strongarm repaints. Always liked the molds but loathed the colors. These are definately improvements on the neon, rainbow colored originals.

And the fact that they 'don't fit' the movie asthetic don't bother me one bit because all my 'toys' (aka non-collector-ish TFs) all get mixed together anyway. These guys will just be new, welcomed troop additions to my autobot army.

 

That's weird, he's listed as an Autobot on the package, despite the fact that we saw him with a S7 logo earlier...

Also, he doesn't have a Target Exclusive sticker. I assumed after Arcee was revealed in-package that all the scout repaints would be Target exclusives...

 

hasbro cares about the enviroment... they recycle...  

 

remember how several (3or4) of the scout redecos came up with 2 listings in the computer? i.e. Strongarm and Strongarm2?

i thinks all the ones that had "2" will be Target-only exclusive redecos...

 

But isn't Arcee a Target exclusive with only 1 deco?

 

Because Magnus is gonna need a doctor once Megatron is done with him.

These repaints must be peg replacements for the Real Gear toys, which I want every one of. Better not wait on them.

It may be these scouts are 100% Target exclusive... (have they been listed in Wal-Mart computers?)
