Possibly. With TRU gone & Kmarts few and far between, it may be your best bet. It’s been a while since I’ve seen any POTP Leaders at Walmart or Target. But, you never know. I found a Nintendo NES Classic at Utica Walmart this afternoon!

Most Target stores throughout the Rochester region have the POTP leaders right now. I even saw a couple POTP leaders at Walmarts in Buffalo, none at Rochester Walmarts though. Also, Hasbro stated they would rerelease POTP Deluxe wave 2 during the summer. Hasbro Responds: Power of the Primes Wave 2 to see a Re-release!
For now, just looking for the wave three Legends, and DC Multiverse Jessica Cruz... (and if WalMart US ever gets that JWS Flash...)

Got the Blot, Cutthroat, Sinnertwin, and Hun-Gurrr at Hudson Ave. Walmart. 1 each of Hun-Gurrr, Cutthroat, and Sinnertwin left.
In the electronics case. They are also available at GameStop & Target. Between 2 local Walmarts, GameStops & 1 Target, my area has 29!
Not that I’ve seen. Most of the reviewers I’ve seen on YouTube have obtainted them from foreign sources.
Don’t be fooled by brickseek, the Glenmont Walmart shows like 20 deluxes, all wave 1. They did have wave 2 Prime masters and Inferno if anyone is looking.
