    Awesome work, man!

With the head being on a ball joint, how were you able to put LEDs in there?

Also, do the head and chest LEDs share the same batteries?

Hopefully I will have more tonight.... still deciding if I want this one to be battle damaged....

Thanks! There are 3 LEDs in this bad boy.

    Thanks!

    Thanks!

The LEDs in the head are what are known as SMT/SMD (Surface Mount Technology/Surface Mount Diode) LEDs which are the size of a pencil point, if not smaller. The LEDs are actually right in the eye cavities and the wires run don the back of the jaw line. They don't affect any normal movement either. Yes, all 3 LED are on the same switch and battery supply.

I don't make them, I just buy them! :thumb

Very carefully. There is no one method to doing it. You need to have the correct supplies and patience. You need LEDs, wire, batteries, a switch, a soldering iron, and some solder. Then cram them all in the available space to make them fit, then hope thy work!
