I honestly don’t see that much of a demand for a new Warpath head. Kup's somewhat made sense, it was to have more of a IDW looking head with the optional Cy-gar. If IGear were to make a new head for Warpath just because it seems slightly off for a few fans, they might as well do up a new head for half of Generations.
Eh, I kinda was suprised by the head design, and I feel some where in between - its kinda good one min, then I look at it again and I'm like meh. I'm still getting him though.
The head is working for me. Id probably pass on a new head. Looking foward to Gobots Treds and Gutcruncher (Sparkcrusher) re-decoes.
I love the head. Updated and modernized, what classics is all about. I'm really beginning to think we have gotten a way bit too spoiled with all the 3rd party upgrades of lately.
Yeah, it's tougher looking. But I like it. I kept going back to the pics when people in droves were saying they didn't like the head--I just didn't get it. I see what those people are seeing in it, but I actually like it that way. For me, a new head would have to be a combination of being a MAJOR improvement (that even the people like me that like this head would go for) and being decently priced (personally wouldn't pay more than $6 for it). Otherwise, I'm perfectly happy with the one that's coming.
I have no problem at all with Warpath's head, then againi never saw the need for a new head fro Sgt.Kup
The head looks as G1 as it should get, but it's not exactly a good head design. I don't really care for the toy in the first place, though.
After seeing the new MUCH better pictures, I retract my previous statement. I think the head actually looks great as is. The old pic made the jaw look too skinny. But the new pics, it actually looks good.
I agree its very dark looking (as some one said its similar to the red skull) so I'd be game for a wfc head. maybe just some light blue paint in the eyes could make him a little less evil looking? for just paint apps I think it helps
