Looks very nice, actually. Definately want the free dog tags!

The subscription for "13 issues" is ambitious though. We all know how fickle kids are these days - Once the film's gone, will the magazine be able to sustain itself? They'll only have two hours of material to fall back on unless the license let's them cover other TF aspects.

They've said they've got the licence for all TF stuff, IIRC. The comic section's starting with reprints of the IDW prequel and adaptation, mixed with additional prequel shorts written by Furman though.

Despite the forced perspective, that is a cool render of Prime.
However I have to wonder why all the still images of the movie characters have the eyes "turned off".

How do I subscribe. I click on it and it goes to the page with the magazines and is set on the "24" Mag. Arrggh.

Has this anything to do with IDW's listing for Transformers: Magazine #2?

Nothing at all. That's just MarvelUS #44, DW v3 #2 and Stormbringer #2.

Hmm one page preview at the bottom of the site has Ratchet v Barricade - wonder if we'll see that match-up in the film..

Excellent. Hopefully it'll be better done than the last godawful couple of UK TF comic efforts.

Here's the original thread here that alerted this board to it: http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/showthread.php?t=126299

Which took its' info from here: http://transfans.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=6341

    Where the editor said :

Amongst other things - click the link, he's got quite a few posts in the thread, which include [my emphasis]:

That's all very encouraging! Think I'll subscribe. I don't think the prequel reprints will be done by the time the movie arrives though - That'll be unfortunate (for those that haven't already read it, that is).

Is this a comic or a movie magazine of sorts?

Cool, looking forward to this. I still have nightmares about that...thing that passed for the Armada UK comic.

They're all using the lower-detail model of Prime, too.

I believe only the Empire cover and that Entertainment Weekly pic used the same model they used in the film.

Someone should really have put a WARNING on this news item, as internatioanl people can't subscribe.

" Sorry but no subscription offers have been found for your country.
Please contact Customer Services for assistance. "

Anyone know a way around it?
