First we had RIRFIB vs. RIBFIR, then Trukk not Munky. Now we have DIWSIR vs. SIWDIR. When will it end?
Well it is nice that the white demolisher is a store exclusive. I'm interested and will try and pick up one. but grateful my walmart and target won't get flooded with demolishor again, when I really want animated and the new mainline transformers. Also it balances the remaining voyager pool for me. Mindwipe, Ironhide, Bludgeon, and the Optimus Prime recolor are the four mass release voyagers to be released under NEST human Alliance.
Well a set of all 3 bikes with a more accurate Sideways wouldn't be too bad, if they hadn't already put him in a couple of sets already. Of course, it would be even better if the bikes were new molds with more on-screen accurate bot modes but that's never gonna happen...
Thanks Nevermore! It's just I hadn't seen this in my TRU in California. I really want that RH Demolisher. Bad. Hasbro Toy Shop it is. For what it's worth, I love the Ice Cream Truck combiners. Great gimmick, fun transformation and one of them can gave giant wings in robot mode if you want to get silly. I also love Demolisher as a robot concept and a toy. This new color is cool. This set is a good deal.
the bio kind of makes me feel sorry for Demolisher, he's just trying to save his life but the autobots want to kill him.
probably the coolest 3 pack to date. My wife just gave me the ICT as an early xmas gift so all I really want is the white demolisher.. although the rust apps are wicked cool on the twins.
Well, he is running over a lot of humans in the process. Mind you, he was helping with construction efforts before they found him. Wouldn't you want to hurt someone that was running away by stomping on kittens with each step?
Hmmm... Interesting.. Even though I already have the Ice Cream truck twins from the first release, I wouldn't mind getting this set.... Its the Shanghai attack Demolishor that I want more...
Bg: That's true, but it's still interesting to see this bio put further canon weight behind this interpretation of Demolishor as a desperate fugitive, rather than IDW's very different and much more malicious interpretation. And of course, the related question we need to ask is: if somebody was chasing you with a gun toward a field o' kittens, would you stop? (I'd be kind of worried about the existence of a field o' kittens, really.) On another note, "It's up to Skids and Mudflap". Did you find the hole in the plan, kids?
The sad thing that this will probably be the first iteration of the ICT my TRU will have following recent trends. Can't wait for this.
The only word in there that even hints at Demolishor being a poor, innocent sap is "desperately", I don't buy it.
