one really has to wonder what the business strategies and organizations of hasbro really look like. everywhere i've been, each group has to maintain itself - website, systems, payroll, etc yet it seems that everything hasbro makes is grouped together into a single database. that means that there's someone in there that literally "owns" the entire company, aside from the CEO, from the SOX perspective. it really must be a mess.
