I'm with you.. the jet dwarfs them... or is the meaning as he's behind them? I'm an English major so I fail to understand the term dwarf as the jet is absolutely huge compared to the autobots which is what makes this a great picture (shrug) (Maybe use of the word block, if it's dwark I too need edgumakashun

SS would look even bigger if he wasn't parked way behind all the others. He's "as far back behind Prime, as Prime is long". He's further back than he looks, he is not right behind the cars at all.

Here's a quick scale comparison I threw together:
(Movie Prime will actually probably be a bit shorter, he appears to have been optioned with a short wheelbase---but it should be to scale within a pixel of a standard 379)

[IMG] (Prime is colored weird because the image is actually a very scaled down cut-away pic from a brochure PDF---hard to find perfect overhead shots of specific semi models)

crazy.. looks tiny in that picture, compared to other car/jet comparison pics I've seen. guess its just the perspective of the pic. the jet only looks to be about 45 feet long in that pic

.....which is why I posted the overhead comparison pic. SS doesn't look as big as he should, even with how much bigger he looks than the cars. Thus, the need for a "perfect perspective" overhead shot.

as far as size between SS and Megatron goes if the rumor mill holds true Megs will be bigger as his rumored earth mode is much larger than a Raptor

Which is exactly what emergency vehicles should do. :)

Count me among the "Wallpaper'd it!" crowd.

I'm hoping we get a pic with Bonecrusher, Brawl, and Blackout included, too. [IMG]

Having Ironhide in toy form, let me just say this. If he was in scale with the Alternators he'd easily tip the scale between Leader class size and Supreme. His Voyager class figure doesn't do him justice! It is TOO small!

I never was a fan of the F-22. It's too sleek for me. Still prefer the biggest, bulkiest, heaviest, most bad ass jet of them all... The F-14 Tomcat.

As for the pic: Woohoo!! Hello there new WP! :D  Awesome group shot.

It's still missing 2 decepticons: Brawl and Wreckage

Starscream should have been an F-35. MUCH smaller aircraft, and arguably deadlier. With this size difference he'd manhandle Prime. With an F-35 airframe, they'd be almost comparable.

The Autobots are perfect and I agree that Barricade fits well with them. If I were Hasbro, I would repaint him as a different police car, give him a new head mold and release him as Prowl at some point. I also love the F-22, but I do not like the idea that Starscream is so much bigger than all of the Autobots. The whole underdog Autobots versus powerful Decepticons is good, but Starscream, Megatron and Blackout seem like they could take out an Army of these Autobots by themselves. I hope that it plays well in the film. And one last thing, they should have released a leader size Starscream. The Voyager size has too many visible gaps and is misproportioned in jet form. One of the most beautifull and advanced features of the F-22 is that it hides it's weapons inside it's body to minimize radar detection. The Starscream toy should reflect that.
