At a couple bucks Japanese price, I'll be interested to see what they go for when retailers here (anime shops, import toy shops, etc.) offer them.

 

Between these, the Gobusters mecha, the Defensor kits and the Deathsaurus wave, I'm getting a ton of candy toys this year.

Despite my knee-jerk pessimism, I wonder if they will come out here.

Sure, Takara has released dozens of Minicons that never saw the light of day in the West, but to my knowledge no complete molds have been Takara-exclusive Hasbro's made no attempt to bring the Takara redecos over, but they may reconsider complete molds. I'd definitely buy the four in a Deluxe-sized four pack, or possibly in a blind bag for about $5 that seems to be all the rage with the kiddos.

Even if they come out here, I don't foresee these being in capsule machines, though. The nicest TF merch I've seen in those were the TF07 phone tags, which are several magnitudes simpler than even the most rudimentary of TFs.

I'm almost positive Hasbro won't release a version of these. I can't imagine any reason they'd even consider it. But that doesn't mean you won't be able to get them here.

 

Love these, especially the world's deadliest pair of tweezers.

 

I love gashapons, and it's easy to get a complete set (once preorders up, of course) I hope these won't be cancelled like gashapon TFA Legends.
