Those are pretty cool looking.I don't see where "racing" comes into play though.

Maybe the racing part is from the fiction? Like all the releases are characters in some sort of intergalactic race. There's probably some sort of mini comic in each one.

That's my guess anyway. It is only a guess as I've never seen those before.

They are from a CGI cartoon in which they race each other. I have seen the ads for the cartoon and watched a few minutes of it. They all have weird racing vehicles.

About a year ago I saw RC cars at Wal-Mart. Those were the drivers. Alien Racers they was called.
I just saw these new figures at TRU and was quite surprised.

I had to click twice -- once to activate the Flash or script or whatever, then once to use the "skip" button. The vehicles are shown as art only -- they're all "funny car" designs that open to reveal the racer inside, apparently.

They do have vehicles and they are really odd looking...I saw them in a past issue of ToyFare...didn't expect them to be ML scale though...

The toys are stinkies, more than Marvels and less than the SPAWNS.
The material they're made from feels in-between as well.
Not bad , but have a feeling it's another doomed line.

All the joints have 360 rotation, except for his elbows , they're up n down.
Tongue is soft and bendy, almost stretchy

tail is super bendy, like Doc Ock's tentacles. Only at the splits though, the buttpart will bend but not stay.

If he had extra joints in the knees in each of his 4 lower smaller legs, he's be even more fun.
But having none there makes it easier for him to stand. Some hands, would've been nice

Cool pictures! Those aliens look really creepy and have the "bad guy look"...who's the hero? And I agree...seems to be a doomed toyline...

So there will be vehicles for those aliens? Depending on the price, Kids might like it.

Nice looking toys. Probably won't go more than two assortments, but it'll be decent while it lasts.

Yeah, first D.I.C.E (which I liked the figs) then DragonFlyZ (suck) and now these.
I would like to see them succeed, but yeah when they're in the same aisle with the TF's, Star Wars & Power Rangers ,, then it's probably just a matter of how long they'll last
Unless they have a brilliant media plan for them.

Opened Skrash earlier, he's pretty cool and alot of fun to pose. His accessories also fit well. He'd fit right in with some Evil Dead figs. His helmetis also removeable

War planets had the same thing happen with their toys: first the planets, then the toy-inspired cartoon, then toys based on the cartoon.

With these alien racers they were rc cars with some weird gimmick (I think they opened up or something), then the show, and now we see toys directly from the show.

Man, war planets was so damn good. Anyone got any war planets toys they'd be interested in selling? I've got a few and have been meaning to take pictures of them being chewed on by unicron.
