    Some details.

    - Animation studio NOT Gonzo ... rather it's Answer and Mook. Whether they're associated with Gonzo, no idea.
    - Not "anime"
    - Only TF related writer that's even submitted details/info is a guy who did some story editting on Beast Machines (ie: NO BEAST WARS WRITERS)
    - Character design ... guy from Teen Titans, Legion of Superheroes, Fosters...
    - Director ... did work on Teen Titans, X-Men Evolution
    - Cartoon Network is partner in the show, not just the airing network

The overall look is brand new ... like nothing seen before in Transformers. It will not look like the Amarda/Energon/Cybertron trilogy.

    Take it as you will.

Thank goodness. I'll take the stylized American Anime look over that AEC crap any day. It could be refreshing.

Ah hell, exactly what I didn't want to see. I guess I'll be skipping this like I did with Armada/Energon/Cybertron.

So it's not anime and it's a new design. Could be good, could be bad. Sound interesting though.

    Finally a change :rock

No hating for AEC, but an american cartoon would be a nice change of pace. I was getting kind of bored of the anime henshin sequences, power-ups and named attacks.

In terms of the art style, I'll have to watch a few episodes to see it in action before I cry foul

Boring, I like the long-transformation sequences and attack names being yelled. Wish the studio was still Gonzo.

Still can't judge until I actually see the show though.

Okay maybe "bored" is a bit strong as I watch Power Rangers and own the full series of Ronin Warriors and Sailor Moon on DVD.

But still I welcome a change of pace :)

Considering the three shows mention all have strongly different styles (or appear to, based on what little I've seen), that doesn't really give me much of an idea what the show would look like. Wonder if there will be any CGI involved in here or not.

Either way, I welcome visual experimentation in the world of TFs, even if it doesn't always work out

    Wow. Those are...different.

So, how do those pics transform? Or are we entering a dark age of non-transforming figures?
