These have started showing up over the past week. Anyone got any yet? I just saw them for the first time today. Haven't got any yet, but they look a lot better in person than I thought they would. I think it helps that a lot of them really come loaded up with accessories.

The only one the store I was at was sold out of was Venom.

Besides the Super-Poseable Spider-Man, the Sky Speed Spider-Man looked to have pretty decent articulation also. The Night Mission one looked pretty cool too.

I picked up Venom. Aside from no knee articulation, he's really cool. The package has dumb ass Mac Gargan Venom, but it's fortunetly Eddie Brock. He goes extremely well with the MU line and most figures come with pretty cool accessories. Nothing I'd like to give him, but it's better than having nothing. I like how Venom has good balance, probably due to his solid legs, heh. I have him choking black suited spidey and don't regret getting him, though he's the only one worth getting from this line for me.

I haven't seen them in-person yet, but I have heard good things about the Venom figure. Who's only downside seems to be lack of knee articulation. He's the one figure I plan to get from the line. If I get a Spidey, it'll be the Marvel Universe Series 5 red & black suited Spider-Man. Now, if they release incarnations of Carnage, Toxin, Anti-Venom, and/or any other symbiotes, I'll probably also get them. I'm a bit of a fan of Venom and his extensive family, lol.

Edit: Wave 3 of this line has been shown:

Battle Glider Spider-Man looks interesting, but that's about it. Overall another disappointing wave with 2 villains and eight Spider-Men.

I gotta say, Shockproof Spider-Man looks pretty unique.

The line in general, or the fact that Wave 3 looks to be heavy on the repaints? This line was always going to be kid-focused, which means lots of bright colorful accessories.

I like it, for the most part. Even though I won't be getting hardly any of them, it leaves itself open to include characters like Carnage, Black Cat, or Mary Jane even. Random Spidey characters that the MU line wouldn't usually feature. Though it may or may not happen.

What is up with the random articulation? Some have elbows but no knees, some have knees but no elbows, and some have neither.

I know this is a super old thread, but I wanted to revive it.

I've been looking for Carnage for some time now and have not had any luck! I think I read that he's appeared in other parts of the US and are even plentiful. But here, it's been nothing new for the past 2-3 months! Has anyone found him?

I snagged a Carnage in the Southern California area where I live. They had a few, so I may drop by again and pick up a few more. They had Ben Reilly Spidey as well. Found them at a Kohl's.

How long ago did you pick them up? I may have to check the Kohl's near me if that's the case.
