I found 2 two-packs at wal-mart, got 1 with beachcomber/deadlift, the other with the car and motorcycle, for $16.

I don't think these are Wal-Mart exclusives, the OP just found them at a Wal-Mart.

Well if they have the ONLY AT WALLY WORLD stickers on them, that should confirm it. These types of 2-packs have the Walmart fingerprint all over them.

 

These images need more "Front of the box" and "Receipt of purchase" in them   Please tell me these came with NEST stickers for the mail away fig....

Kinda wish that trenchmouth had a different deco. There's already one red repaint of the knockout mold.

 

Opened a case of these last night at my Wally. $16 for two scouts. And they are indeed Walmart exclusives, or so the blue sticker on the front said. I'm pretty sure I saw the NEST sticker inside the packages.

$16 dollars for 2 repaints? Usually buying combo packs are cheaper than buying individual figures.

 

Very nice. I wonder how long until these guys hit the West Coast or the Walmart website? I hate the drive to the nearest Walmart and generally hate going there period.

They will surely come down in price eventually. Walmart almost always discounts their exclusives by around 20% at least.
