I always feel bad for the secondary people who are affected by the actions of people who eventually get hurt or die. Yes it would be a horrible this for this kids family and friends to deal with, but what about the people on the ride, the security guards and the ride staff. These people are all affected in some way just because this guys dumb ass went to get a hat.
I just can't imagine walking into a scene like that. Or even being on the ride when it happened. I'd probably have nightmares for weeks. Not because the kid was a dumbass. But because I'd be potentially covered in his blood/brain matter/etc or having his head land in my lap. I would FLIP.
QFT Personally I think in this case Six Flags should sue the parents for rasing the child to be that freakin stupid and to cover the inevitable clean up costs of the undoutbly messy decapitator. Gotta love how Natural Selection finds a way to continue even when society makes it so hard to.

Actually I think a part of the track or a rock on the ground as the head rolled, come on people you need to take into account wheather or not his head stayed in one piece after decapitation and how fast it was going....we're goning to hell for making jokes like this aren't we?
