I like these better than the Battlechangers.  Nice way of taking the basic Kreon figure and adding additional articulation.

not gona lie, that one of the coolest ways ive seen to make a standard minifig larger and add articulation. genius.

i might have to pick up one of these just to check out the armor concept alone.

As I understand it, these are showing up only at Dollar General Market stores, not regular Dollar Generals, which reduces the number of potential outlets significantly.

Not exactly, these guys are at regular Dollar Generals, it's the new Battle Changers that are only in the markets. Sorry for the confusion.

Those...actually look pretty neat! I appreciate the knee joint between the Kreon leg and the new extension. At the very least, I think I'll try and pick up that Night Strike Optimus to be BW Primal on my shelf. He'll even be in scale with the CHUG guys!

I thought Kre-o went the way of the dodo. Does the plastic still split if you stick the hand in?

    Uh, oops?
Thought you'd be happy Kre-O technology stuff might be coming back. ;)

An oversight I'm sure will get corrected later!
I'm slightly miffed about that too.

We can always hope for another wave of them since there's no Decepticons either.

Nifty little things. Not a kreon collector but they are entertaining.

A clever way to add articulation and generally make them more function figures.

Just went to my local Dollar General and the bigger kre-ons battle changers were found there instead of just at the markets.
