I thought Salvage was going to be a repaint of Longarm. I associate tow trucks with a salvage yard more than a low rider pickup.

 

Salvage looks pretty good.

Bumblebee does not.

watch out for battle mask cliffjumper also. hahahahaha. milk it to the MAX hasbro! We have yet to see a repaint of Megatron in Galvatron so a verrrrry longggg list for repaints if you ask me. I wonder why can just make a snap on mask for Bumblebee.?

Stealth BB looks hawt. Much as I love the Dropkick mold (and the colors ain't bad on him)....gonna pass on Salvage. Just not big on repaints personally.

 

Thoughts:

- Red Dropkick rules, even more so with "Sparkplug and Son" on the door.

- BB's car mode should have been solid black, the yellow stripes look bad.

 

I like the BB's battle mode head, but not the color scheme. I agree with Dark Convoy though. Solid black would look pretty rad.

 

i know it's BB, but yellow stripes on a black car don't look good. stripes should be silver.

 

I may pick up Stealth Bumblebee, he looks darker in this pic, and better than the initial image we saw a few months back.

 

Dropkick with a new head culd pass for a movie "classic" Ironhide. But eh, this is one time I'm happy with the first version.

I'm already making my own Beemask, so bah.

I dont know, repaints dont really do much for me! Although that bumblebees head looks pretty sweet!

 

The red truck is probably salvage. A shame since I was hoping for a wreckage repaint. dropkick is cool mold though. The red is pretty good on it.

I'll buy salvage but will pass on stealth battle bee. The battle mask and colorscheme are'nt very appealing. Since that helmet looked so large on the deluxe from the previous photo giving him a frankenstein forehead.

I want them both but unfortunately all these new toys are going to be extemely hard to obtain where i live, already i have missed out on most of these newer figures because none of the store restocked or have carried any new things in a long time since september to be exact.

There are just way too many people who scalp the heck out of these toys the average joe blow kid who wants them will be quite unhappy because they will never even see them hit the shelf. I've talked to a few on craig's list and the employees at these stores keep hording them for themselves and the scalpers  

 

Red Dropkick is kick ass.

 

I am so buying Salvage even if just for that reference!

BB...maybe. I'll have to touch up the paint if I do. I'm not digging the yellow stripes on the vehicle mode.
