I'm still liking it. I can't see myself not getting it - after all, I did get MP Magnus...

 

These were shown in the Hot Rod thread but maybe it's for the best to split the MP-03 discussion away from the Hot Rod one.

The hip kibble looks better when pushed back like that BUT I now think the lower legs look too thin. SS should be a powerfull warrior and the bulkier legs gave him better proportions to that end.

It does go without saying though that as an F-15 the mold is faultless.

What I want to know is will Screamer come with the stand?

 

Assuming that the stand doesn't become a "fanclub exclusive" I think the answer is yes.

What I want to know is how the size of him stacks up next to MP-01 and the BT figures as that will be the company he's keeping on my shelves.

sorry but i think the hip kibble does ruin it.

much prefered the previous protoype.

finally got anniversary OP in the uk and itrs awesome but this just dosnt seem right.

and if the colours are as rumoured then why bother.

if it was a new line or summin then fair enough
i just cant see whats masterpeice about it if they are changing it about so much.

its like saying - oh we'll make master piece megatron but he will be errrr pink. and a cross bow. cos they kinda like guns.

I actually hope that Masterpeice Megatron is an Abhams tank similar to the design that was knocking about a few months back. That wouldn't be very G1 either (and it hopefully wouldn't be too G2) but you can bet that if it was the size of the other MP's that I'd call it a masterpeice.

The proportions in that last pic really do make it look much better than the original block-body prototype.

Is it just me or does that look like a ratchet joint in his shoulder?

That'll be perfect for stereotypical Starscream null ray pointing.

 

I liked the first version better, but this is still awesome.
